• Create/update help doc for new/existing features.
• Create and maintain video tutorials.
• Design in-system help for the digital adoption platform.
• Migrate content
• Collaborate with the product team to identify and address content gaps.
• Support learning & development initiatives in the office.
• Experience in developing Html based context-sensitive help within the web application.
• Advanced English – Strong receptive (listening and reading) and productive (writing and speaking) communication skills.
• 2 – 4 years experience in writing software technical documentation
• A bachelor’s degree.
